Ingredients:
- 400g Vegan Soy Pork Chops
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Soy sauce, and a variety of seasonings.
Instructions:
- Marinate plant-based spare ribs in water until tender, then drain and cut into serving pieces.
- Create a flavorful marinade by combining soy sauce, minced garlic, pepper, and sugar.
- Pan-fry the marinated ribs until they develop a golden-brown crust.
- In a separate pot, sauté minced garlic in oil until fragrant. Add water, seasonings, and the pan-fried ribs. Simmer until the sauce has reduced and the ribs are tender. Finish with a sprinkle of pepper and green onions.
