Ingredients:
For the salad:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
For the honey mustard dressing:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Rub the chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred. Let cool and slice.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Top with the sliced chicken, hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Drizzle with the honey mustard dressing and toss to coat.
