Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the cauliflower:

    • Wash the cauliflower and remove any outer leaves.
    • Cut the cauliflower in half lengthwise, then slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
  2. Season the steaks:

    • Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Roast the cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned. Flip halfway through.
