- Wash the cauliflower and remove any outer leaves.
- Cut the cauliflower in half lengthwise, then slice into 1-inch thick steaks.

- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned. Flip halfway through.
