Braised shiitake mushrooms have a soft, chewy texture combined with the sourness of pineapple, the spiciness of chili, and the saltiness of soy sauce, creating a delicious dish.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • Pineapple
  • Green onions
  • Lemon, chili, and spices such as vegetarian seasoning, salt, ground pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and sugar.

How to make:

Remove the mushroom stems and soak the mushrooms in water mixed with salt and lemon for about 3 minutes, then remove and wash. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, cut the green onions into pieces, and slice the chili.

Then boil the water and add the shiitake mushrooms and blanch them.

Next, put the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add the pineapple and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the spices, add the chopped onions and mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms are cooked, then add the chili and season to taste.
